In the spring of 2012, a marketing and branding study was commenced as recommended in the corridor plan. The process was designed to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders and to build consensus around a unified message. The goals of the process were to promote the district to residents and visitors, to attract future investment, and to create increased activity along the W 38th Avenue corridor.
"Ridge at 38" was the name selected and voted upon by the Leadership Committee to represent West 38th Avenue between Sheridan and Wadsworth Boulevards. The brand image is utilized in all advertising, marketing and branding initiatives to represent the corridor.
