NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will consider for council action on Monday, February 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. (Continued from public hearings on December 10, 2018 and January 14, 2019) in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, Council Bill 34-2018: An Ordinance approving the sale of designated parkland at the intersection of West 38th Avenue and Johnson Street and in connection therewith, authorizing execution of an agreement for said sale.

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Treasurer has adopted Resolution No. 1 Series of 2016, A Resolution Amending the Sales and Use Tax Regulations of the City of Wheat Ridge to Authorize the Rounding of Fractional Dollars on Tax Returns.

Ordinance 1646 -  An Ordinance creating a new Section 26-643 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws prohibiting the use of Freestanding Emergency Room Facilities.

Ordinance 1651 - An Ordinance approving the rezoning of property located at 6701 West 44th Avenue from Commercial-1 (C-1) to Mixed Use-Neighborhood (MU-N) 

Ordinance 1652 - An Ordinance adopting a new Section 2-9 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws concerning the Retention of Interest Earned on Escrow Accounts held by the City.
